Care Instructions

Remove the bow
If the bow is looking a little droopy peck it position bow ears upright and use hairspray to hold the bow shape.
When the garment is NOT soiled or visibly dirty just freshen it up, whenever possible, leave garments open to the elements, or hang them up in a well-ventilated area so that air can circulate and any moisture evaporates before you wear them again. If you do this, the garment should stay clean longer and you'll need to wash them less often.
Treat stains as soon as you can.
Wash the garment when you feel that the freshness has left.
Machine Wash: Safe to wash in a machine using the temperature and cycle indicated:
Wash in cold water between 65°F and 85°F.
Delicate Cycle: low agitation, slow spin, and colder temperature water to wash clothes and protect the fabric.
Hang to Dry on a line in a shady area out of direct sunlight to allow to air dry or you may tumble dry on your low heat setting (Higher heat settings can damage or shrink the garment)
Avoid over-drying - if necessary Iron with low heat

Shipping and Returns

Orders within the US ship via USPS Priority Mail, including tracking, and typically orders ship out within 3 business days from our facility in Dallas, Texas unless otherwise stated, and arrive 2-3 business days from the date of shipping.

Returns

Our policy lasts 14 days, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange after 14 days.

- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.


Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

At NeoBantu’s discretion, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.
